How do I store my earrings?
All earrings are best stored laying flat in a cool, dry environment. Flat stitch earrings and smaller fringe earrings can be stored vertically.
My fringe earrings got bent, is there a way to straighten them?
Yes! Depending on the severity of the wavy-ness, there are two things you can do. The first is to lay the fringe flat and while bracing with one hand, gently roll your finger across, moving towards the ends (like a saw motion). If the waves are too severe for that to work, you can gently run the fringe part (careful to avoid hardware) under warm or slightly hot water then hang to dry. When using the second method, don't worry if you see gaping at the top of the fringe, the thread will tighten as it dries! Use the second method sparingly and only when necessary as repeated use will eventually cause permanent gaping.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes and no. Depending on the severity of the damage, the item may have to be remade due to the nature of construction. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

I have a metal allergy and need specific findings, do you offer hypoallergenic options?
Absolutely! While all of our findings are nickel-free, we understand that individuals have a wide range of allergies. If you'd like to make a purchase but would like the findings changed to accommodate an allergy, please contact me at boreal.beadwork@gmail.com or through our contact form.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, I only ship within Canada and the United States. Additional duties and taxes may apply if shipping outside of Canada and are the responsibility of the customer.
