Refund policy
All products are final sale. To ensure customer satisfaction, all product photos and descriptions are as thorough and accurate as possible. Additional product photos/videos may be available upon request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Along with your order number, photos of the item will be required to start your claim. Once accepted and processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any and all loose components should be included. Items sent back to us without first starting a claim will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item, we will fulfill your original order to the best of our ability. For damaged or defective products, if the item contained a material of limited availability that cannot be readily sourced or replicated, we will reach out to you with possible alternatives. Please note that requests for a different replacement item or store credit will not be granted.
